Everyday AI Academy is a brand operated by JL Ventures Group, LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information through everydayacademy.ai, the business questionnaire, consulting communications, and consulting projects.
Do not put credentials or highly sensitive data in the questionnaire. Do not submit passwords, API keys, bank or card numbers, tax IDs, health information, or private customer records. If a project requires system access, we will arrange that separately.
Information we collect
We may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, role, work email, phone number, time zone, business name, website, location, team information, business goals, problems, current processes, software tools, information storage practices, accounting workflow details, prior attempts, constraints, and desired project result.
If you become a client, we may also collect proposal, contract, payment, project communication, meeting, access, configuration, and delivery information needed to perform and support the agreed work.
Website and device information
Netlify hosts the website and processes questionnaire submissions. Netlify may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate location, referring page, and the time of your visit.
How we use information
We use information to review consulting requests, decide whether we can help, contact you, prepare a custom scope and price, provide the promised project work, secure and improve the service, prevent abuse, maintain records, comply with law, and resolve questions or disputes.
We do not use questionnaire answers to send unrelated mass marketing messages. We may contact you about the consulting request you submitted.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, collect forms, communicate, store files, schedule calls, process payments, support software, and perform the consulting work. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
Business systems and artificial intelligence tools
Some consulting projects may use artificial intelligence or automation tools. The proposal or project discussion will identify material tools and data handling needs before sensitive business information is used. We will not ask you to place credentials in the public questionnaire.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to review your request, perform the project, maintain business and legal records, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about a consulting request. Email jake@everydayacademy.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
The consulting service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the business questionnaire.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
