Terms of Service

Effective August 25, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Everyday AI Academy, a brand operated by JL Ventures Group, LLC. They apply to everydayacademy.ai, the business questionnaire, proposals, and business AI consulting services. A signed project agreement may add or replace terms for a specific project.

Questionnaire and proposal

Submitting the questionnaire is a request for review, not a purchase or promise that we will accept a project. We may ask follow up questions, decline work that is not a good fit, or provide a custom proposal. You do not owe a project fee unless you accept the proposal and sign the applicable agreement.

Project scope and price

Each project has a custom scope, price, schedule, promised result, and completion checks. Those details must be written in the signed project agreement before work begins. Work outside that scope requires a written change agreed by both sides.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions, appropriate system access, and reasonable participation from the people needed for the project. You are responsible for having authority to share business information and grant access. If missing access, information, decisions, or participation prevents the agreed work, the schedule or promised result may be adjusted in writing.

Never send passwords, API keys, bank or card numbers, tax IDs, or private customer information through the public questionnaire.

Full refund guarantee

The project agreement will define the promised result and the observable completion checks. The guarantee applies to that written result. It does not cover new work outside the agreed scope, a change in preference after the result is delivered, failure caused by information or access you did not provide, changes made by you or another provider after delivery, or outcomes controlled by third parties unless the project agreement says otherwise.

To request a refund, email jake@everydayacademy.ai within the 7 calendar day window and explain which written completion check was not met. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method when practical.

Nature of the service

The consulting focuses on processes, accounting workflows, operations, and organization. It does not include sales, advertising, lead generation, or marketing services.

Accounting workflow support is operational help. Everyday AI Academy does not provide legal, tax, investment, audit, or licensed accounting advice and does not replace your accountant, bookkeeper, attorney, or other licensed professional.

Artificial intelligence and third party tools

Projects may use artificial intelligence, automation, and software provided by other companies. These tools can make mistakes or change over time. The project agreement will identify material tools, subscriptions, and human review responsibilities when relevant. You remain responsible for final business decisions and for reviewing outputs before using them in sensitive financial, legal, employment, customer, or safety decisions.

Third party tools have their own pricing, availability, terms, and privacy practices. Their fees are not included unless the project agreement says they are.

Confidentiality and information

We will use nonpublic business information to evaluate and perform the project and will not intentionally disclose it except as needed for approved service providers, as directed by you, or as required by law. A separate confidentiality agreement may be included when the project requires it. Information is also handled under our Privacy Policy.

Ownership

The project agreement will identify what you receive and any reusable materials, software, templates, or methods that remain owned by Everyday AI Academy or a third party. Unless the project agreement says otherwise, you may use the final client specific deliverables internally in your business after all project fees are paid.

No guarantee beyond the written result

We do not guarantee increased revenue, profit, savings, customer demand, regulatory approval, or uninterrupted third party software. The only project guarantee is the promised result expressly written in the signed project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JL Ventures Group, LLC and Everyday AI Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue directly.

Changes and contact

We may update these website Terms for future use. The version accepted in a signed project agreement continues to control that project unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
